Status Codes

Adding and Removing Status Codes

As a logged in Administrator, click on the Status Codes menu item. A list of existing status codes will appear. Use the "Delete" button to remove any status that does not apply to your church. This will only be allowed if no recipients are in the status to be deleted. To edit an existing status code, click the name of the code to open the edit window. At this point you can:

  1. Change the name of the status code.
  2. Change the description describing the status code.
  3. Change the number of days when a visitation note must be entered before the recipient will be highlighted with the Notification Style color. Also, the last caregiver will be notified, by text or email message, within 'n' days of this notification period expiring.
  4. Change the notification color that the recipient's name will be highlighted in once the notification period expires.

Click "Update" to save your changes. Click "Add Status Code" to add a new status code. The changes allowed are the same as detailed under edit above. Click "Add" to save the new status code.
